Users of the Village of Skokie’s Sculpture Park Multi-use Path will notice a fresh, new asphalt surface between Howard and Oakton Street on their next jog or bike ride.
The Village recently repaved that section of path, completing five years of maintenance work in which a portion of the trail was resurfaced each year.
The Sculpture Park Multi-use Path lies just east of McCormick Boulevard and spans Touhy Avenue to Golf Road, connecting north into Evanston and south into Lincolnwood and Chicago.
The Village Board approved more than four miles of residential streets and a half mile of bike path paving as part of the Fiscal Year 2024 Budget process.
