  24. COMPUTATION OF PREPARED FOOD AND BEVERAGE TAX LIABILITY
    Retail sales of Prepared Food and Beverage includes all food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages which are prepared for immediate consumption and which may be consumed either on or off the retailer's premises.
  26. 1. Gross Sales of prepared food and beverages (for most businesses this will be line 3 of ST-1)
  29. 2. Skokie Prepared Food and Beverage Tax Line 1 times 2% (.02)
  32. 3. Late Payment Penalty Interest Charge of 3.0% per month
  35. 4. Total Tax and penalty, if applicable (Line 2 plus Line 3)
