A plan review fee (see the fee schedule below) is required to be submitted along with your Building Permit and/or Certificate of Occupancy applications. This plan review fee is nonrefundable. The acceptance of this Plan Review Application, along with drawings, by the Village of Skokie does not constitute approval of such plans.
