L.I.F.E. File is a new program offered by the Skokie Fire Department that allows you to place your medical history information in a bag and store it in your freezer. In the event of an emergency where you are unable to provide your medical information to our first responders, this program will allow for rapid access to critical details such as medical history, allergies, medications, and emergency contacts.
