The Village of Skokie assesses Emergency Incident Cost Recovery Fees to recoup some expenses associated with providing high level services to meet all hazards and community needs. Each property owner or vehicle owner that receives any of the following emergency services from the Village shall be charged the corresponding recovery fee for such services.
