On March 2, 2020 the Village Board unanimously approved Skokie's five-year Consolidated Plan and one-year Action Plan after an extensive public participation process.
Consolidated Plan
The Village-approved five-year Consolidated Plan (PDF) is a CDBG "master plan" the Village references to set annual investment priorities. The current plan term is from May 2020 to April 2025.
Action Plan
In Spring 2023, the Village-approved one-year Action Plan (PDF) is a document the Village utilizes to request funds from HUD for specific activities from May 2023 to April 2024, including:
- Housing
- Infrastructure
- Public Facilities
- Public Services
- Senior Programs
- Youth Programs
