Collections Division

The Collections Division performs the following functions for the Village:

• Miscellaneous Billing and Cash Receipts
• Parking Enforcement
• Pet Licensing
• Vehicle Licensing
• Water Utility Billing and Collections

Location & Hours

The Collections Division is located on the first floor of Village Hall and open Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Village Hall is closed on Saturdays. The Village apologizes for any inconvenience.

Payment Options

Online Payments

Online payments for Village of Skokie water bills, parking tickets and other non-moving violations, and miscellaneous invoices may be made 24 hours a day, seven days a week by visiting the E-Gov Services page.

Mail or In-Person

Payments are accepted through the mail (except cash), in-person at:
Village Hall,
5127 Oakton Street
Skokie, IL 60077

You may also pay at the "drop box" located on the west side of Skokie Village Hall, 5127 Oakton Street, near the steps to the main entrance. MasterCard, Visa, Discover cards and debit card payments are also accepted, and the Village does not charge a convenience fee for payment by credit card.

Automatic Bank Draft

Automatic Bank Draft, available for water bills, allows you to pay directly through your checking account. Pay water bills, parking tickets and non-moving violations or miscellaneous invoices using your MasterCard, Visa, Discover and debit card. The Village does not charge a fee for these services.
